This is one of my fav recipes….Sugar free chia seed jam! Chia seeds? The chia seeds help to gel the jam together without adding heaps of sugar.

Here’s the recipe Which takes about 20 minutes from beginning to end.

🍓1 cup strawberries (fresh of frozen)

💧2 tablespoons water

🍯1 tablespoon maple syrup (can leave this out for a completely sugar free option)

🥄2 tablespoons chia seeds

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add to a saucepan and heat until the mixture begins to bubble- then reduce the heat to low and continuously stir until the mix begins to thicken up this should take about 5 minutes.

3. Store the jam in a jar in the fridge for 1 week.
