PROTEIN PANCAKES

Trying to avoid processed white carbs and refined sugars but still want to enjoy Sunday pancakes? This recipe is for you, guilt free and delicious!

Ingredients for one.(double the recipe for a cute healthy breakfast for two 💕)

1 banana

1 scoop protein powder (I use pea protein)

2 eggs

Directions-

Blend everything together in a blender.

Cook until golden brown either side.

Top with maple syrup, blueberries or whatever takes your fancy 👌🏼🥞
